This is not new news, but is news to us. If you’ve ever been out for a late night OTR Gomez (💗) and looked across Walnut street at a beautiful old picturesque building on the corner, there are big plans for this place. The group behind Somerset and Second Story are putting in a 28 room boutique hotel with a very cool bar.
The article linked here says it could open as early as winter 2024, so it’s a bit dated! Fingers crossed it opens soon!
